Description
Stanley 9-1/2 block plane, with the eccentric lever for adjusting the mouth. This one has about an inch left on the cutter, enough for a few years of use. Japanning in the bed is near 100%; as usual, the japanning on the heel of the lever cap is worn away completely (that’s where the user’s hand rests when the plane is used). The mouth plate moves easily and smoothly when adjusted. There are two patches of light pitting on the sides near the toe; they will not affect use. A solid worker.
