SoJo 2-01 double-pinion eggbeater drill (side handle missing)

Description

This is a pretty obvious knockoff of the Millers Falls 2-01.   The side handle is, as all too often, missing.  The chuck works smoothly and the chuck springs are strong; it will take bits up to 1/4″. There is minimal lash in the gears.  The handle on the crank is slightly wobbly; if this bothers you, it will be easy to peen it over a bit to tighten it.

For a knockoff, this is pretty high-functioning, and will make a good worker.
