Craftsman-made patternmaker’s router shave, 2″.

Description

Those pesky patternmakers had access to all sorts of casting equipment, so it’s hardly surprising that they made copies of tools they needed.  This router shave is about 2″ wide, and will cut down to a depth of about a half inch.  Handy for cleaning up joinery, rabbets, and the like.  Lever cap and cutter are quite workable, and the cutter is sharp.
