Description
A rather large version of a complex moulding plane used to make door casings. This one is quite crisp; could be cleaner if you did a rubdown with some isopropyl alcohol. No dings or damage to the wedge; boxing is (as often) protruding a bit at the toe, and has a small chip at the heel. Cutter is well-maintained.
The maker is not a common one, and carries one star in Pollak. This one was made in either 1869 or 1870.
