Description
James Swan had a formidable reputation for quality edge tools, and this one is no exception. Shipbuilder’s drawknives were typically used to create masts and spars for rigging.
This one has firmly anchored handles. There is some light storage rust that will clean easily with WD-40 and a little elbow grease. There is a small chip at the right-hand corner of the blade, but it will not affect use. The blade is pretty sharp. A good one, even if you’re not building ships.
