Clean, crisp astragal from one of the more obscure planemakers out there. Gets two stars from Pollak for rarity. Not much is known about W. Oothoudt; he’s believed to have operated somewhere in the Hudson Valley between 1830 and 1840. Planes by this maker are rare.
