I think there have to be about 19 different editions of this book out there. They’re all surprisingly good — the book comes as close as anything to a comprehensive encyclopedia of tools in common use. Not just woodworking tools, but stuff like specialty pliers for electricians, masonry tools, and so on. Really fascinating for hardware-store fans and really anybody who’s obsessed with the things we use to get work done.
This hardback edition and its dust cover are in near-new condition.
