3/8″ tanged paring chisel labeled “Riverside”

Haven’t been able to find out much about the Riverside Tool Company.  They do show up in the EAIA Directory of American Tool Makers, but there’s almost nothing there.  This one’s going to need a sharpening and a new ferrule (easily made from a small piece of 1/2″ copper plumbing pipe).  There’s about 3-1/2″ left to the shoulder, enough for  several years of normal use.
