Description

Stanley #3 smoothing plane with corrugated sole. Made in England. Wooden parts are stained and varnished hardwood. The finish on the knob is flaking badly — I’ve seen this on a few other UK made Stanleys but have no idea why it happens. The tote is in great shape, and japanning and plating are all 100%. Will make a good worker.
