Chapin-Stephens No. 139 wooden dado plane, 7/8″

Description

This Chapin-Stephens dado plane is in average condition.  Something has chewed on the right side of the mouth (as  you’ll see in the photo).  There’s a small amount of mushrooming on the wedge.  The cutter has been reasonbly well-maintained but will probably need to be sharpened.   The dado spurs will also need to be sharpened.  As to the overall appearance, a little isopropyl alcohol will help a great deal.
